The Office of the Circuit Court Clerk has begun a new communication briefing for local attorneys. They plan to email the CIRCUIT COURT CLERK Communique the second week of every other month.

In addition, the OCCC has paused its annual Attorney Survey for this calendar year so that it can focus on the upcoming training related to the new statewide case management system (CMS), Enterprise Justice. Many comments received from past surveys involve issues for the Administrative Office of the Courts to address and are being tabled while the AOC is programming the new CMS.
